free listing on the West Mifflin Military page.

Once the banner information is received it will then be formatted and placed on the soldiers section of the website.
Then drop a completed Registration Form and a check, for the amount due, off at the Borough Building.
Once confirmation of payment has been received your banner will then be ordered.
